TSB to release the latest Watchlist highlighting key safety issues in Canada’s transportation system

Gatineau, Quebec,  — 

Tomorrow, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) will release its Watchlist highlighting the key safety issues affecting Canada’s air, marine, and rail sectors.

It identifies seven persistent safety issues and one emerging issue, supported by hundreds of investigations, compelling findings and data, safety concerns and active recommendations. Some issues have been on the Watchlist since 2010, and all require concerted efforts from the regulator and industry stakeholders to resolve.
